The Advocate|Times-Picayune published an insightful letter to the editor by Mark J. VanLandingham, PhD, professor at Tulane University’s School of Public Health on July 13th. VanLandingham states that abortion rates rose under the Jindal administration, and declined to below the national average when Louisiana took the Medicaid Expansion money.
